On Friday, October 10, 2025 at approximately 9:15 p.m. a robbery occurred in the 3000 block of Parliament Avenue in which a delivery person was robbed. Police responded and were able to get the stolen merchandise back. Through witness statements, police were able to locate and arrest three youths.
A 13 year-old male youth, who cannot be named in accordance with the provisions of the Youth Criminal Justice Act is charged with:
- Disguise with Intent [CC 351(2)]; and
- Robbery [CC 344(1)(B)].
