On Tuesday, April 30, 2024, Dr. Nicholas A Jones presented the findings of the most recent “Community Perceptions of the RPS” survey, carried out in Regina in the fall of 2023. The survey was designed by Dr. Nicholas A. Jones and Dr. Adam Vaughn of the University of Regina, Department of Justice Studies. The telephone survey of 454 Regina residents was conducted by Prairie Research Associates from September 6 to September 29, 2023.

Community Perception Survey 2011
On Tuesday, February 21, 2012, the Regina Police Service released the results of a community survey conducted for the Service in August and September of 2011. The survey was conducted in two parts: a telephone survey of 504 residents, from all three patrol districts (North, Central and South), followed by a door-to-door survey of 49 residents of the Central District. The survey was developed by researchers from the University of Regina, with the survey instrument delivered by Arcas Group Incorporated, a local, privately owned research organization.
