In January 2025, members of the Regina Police Service Crime Reduction Team* began a investigation involving one individual who was believed to be trafficking drugs from a residence in the 1300 block of King Street.
On Wednesday, March 5, 2025 at approximately 1:35 p.m., officers performed a traffic stop on the suspect in the 700 block of Albert Street with the assistance of the Tactical Support Team. Officers arrested the 43 year-old female without incident. A search subsequent to the arrest revealed items consistent with drug trafficking.
As a result of this investigation, 43 year-old Kimberly KLEPACHEK, of Regina, is charged with:
- Possession of a Scheduled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking (cocaine) [CDSA 5(2)];
- Possession of Property Obtained by Crime [CC 355.4];
- 2 X Unauthorized possession of a Prohibited or Restricted Weapon [CC 91(2)].

The accused made their first appearance on these charges in Regina Provincial Court on March 7, 2025 at 9:30 a.m.
