Three adults are facing charges following a home invasion on the 1000 block of Cameron Street early yesterday morning.
On Tuesday, February 6, 2024, a caller to the RPS Communications Centre reported that a residence they were in had been broken into and the suspects were still inside.
Police arrived shortly after 3:30 a.m. and surrounded the residence. A 31 year-old male was located outside and arrested. Officers cleared the residence and two occupants, a 38 year-old male and a 38 year-old female, were also arrested. All three arrested were the subjects of outstanding warrants, and two were found to be in breach of conditions. No one was injured during the incident.
As a result, 38 year-old Jamie Lynn DESNOMIE, 38 year-old Stuart Robert MOSQUITO, and 31 year-old Jarred Kyle MOSQUITO, are jointly charged with:
- Break, Enter, And Commit [CC 348(1)(B).
DESNOMIE is also charged with:
- Fail to Comply with Condition of Release Order [CC 145(5)(A)].
Stuart MOSQUITO is also charged with:
- Fail to Comply with Condition of Release Order [CC 145(5)(A)]; and
- Fail to Comply with Condition of Undertaking [CC 145(4)(A)].
All three accused made their first appearance on these charges in Regina Provincial Court on February 6, 2024, at 2:00 p.m.
