On Thursday, February 1, 2024, at approximately 5:20 p.m., police were dispatched to a storage facility on the 1000 block of John Street in Regina for the report of a robbery in progress. Information received was that a male was seen breaking in, and that the vehicle parked at the facility matched one seen in a previous break and enter attempt at the same facility, in which suspects had fled.
Police arrived and located a 39 year-old male on the roof. The male was arrested without incident for break and enter and possession of break-in tools.
Thirty-nine year-old Devon Lance ANDERSON is charged with:
- Break and Enter with Intent [CC 348(1)(A)]; and
- Possession of Break-In Instruments [CC 351(1)].
ANDERSON made his first appearance on these charges in Provincial Court this morning, Friday, February 2, 2024, at 9:30 a.m.
