On Thursday, September 7, 2023, a Regina Police Service School Resource Officer was made aware of a graffiti incident near a high school on the 1200 block of College Avenue. A painted image of a rainbow flag on the sidewalk had been vandalized with spray paint.
The School Resource Officer began an investigation, which led to a 41 year-old male, who was arrested on Wednesday, October 4, 2023.
Forty-one year-old Joel Shannon ROSS, of Regina, is charged with:
- Mischief Under $5,000 [CC 430(4)].
ROSS was released on an undertaking and is scheduled to make his first appearance in Provincial Court on this charge on Thursday, November 16, 2023.
