On the morning of Wednesday, November 8, 2023, police received a report that a mischief had occurred overnight at a high school in the 2600 block of Coronation Street. The School Resource Officer attended to the school and observed more than a dozen windows on the building had large holes smashed in them. The window of a school vehicle had also been broken.
Through investigation, police identified a suspect male. The male was located in the 3800 block of Regina Avenue and taken into police custody without incident. As a result:
20 year-old Kevin BILLINGS-BARTH, of Regina, has been charged with:
- Mischief Over $5000 [CC 430 (3)];
- Mischief Under $5000 [CC 430 (4)];
- Fail To Comply With Probation Order [CC 733.1 (1)];
- Breach Conditional Sentence Order [CC 742.6 (1)].
BILLINGS-BARTH will make his first court appearance on these charges in Provincial Court this morning (November 10, 2023) at 9:30 a.m.
