The Regina Police Service has issued another 4 tickets under the Saskatchewan Public Health Act for disobeying the Public Health Orders on COVID-19.
On Saturday, April 24th, 2021, at approximately 1400 hours the Regina Police Service monitored an event organized to protest the Province’s Public Health Orders issued to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus.
Approximately 150-160 people were in attendance at or near Victoria Park.
Police observed apparent violations of the Public Health Order and, after consultation with the Saskatchewan Health Authority, issued 4 tickets to some of the protestors.
