Five-Month Investigation Results in Significant Drug Seizure and Criminal Organization Charges

Four people are facing charges following a five-month drug trafficking investigation led by the Regina Police Service Drug Unit and Regina Crime Reduction Team. The Brandon Police Service Organized Crime Unit and the Saskatoon Police Service assisted.

On February 7, 2026, under the authority of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (CDSA), four search warrants were executed – two in Regina, SK, one in Davidson, SK and one in Brandon, MB. As a result of the searches, significant quantities of illicit drugs and cash were located and seized, including:

• 5276 grams of cocaine;
• 1089 grams of fentanyl;
• 183 grams of methamphetamine; and
• $25,705.00 in cash.

The estimated street value of this seizure is believed to be in excess of $650,000.

Four people were arrested in relation to this investigation. Arrests were made in Regina, SK, Moosomin, SK, Brandon, MB and Davidson SK.

Forty-three year-old Timothy YORK of Edmonton, AB is charged with:

• Instructing Commission of an Offence for a Criminal Organization [CC 467.13(1)];
• Commission of an Offence for a Criminal Organization [CC 467.12];
• Conspiracy to Commit an Indictable Offence (trafficking fentanyl) [CC 465(1)(c)];
• Conspiracy to Commit an Indictable Offence (trafficking cocaine) [CC 465(1)(c)];
• Conspiracy to Commit an Indictable Offence (trafficking methamphetamine) [CC 465(1)(c)];
• Conspiracy to Commit an Indictable Offence (trafficking proceeds of crime) [CC 465(1)(c)];
• Possession of a Controlled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking (fentanyl [CDSA 5(2)];
• Possession of a Controlled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking (methamphetamine [CDSA 5(2)];
• Possession of Proceeds of Crime under $5000.00 [CC 355(b)].

Fifty-six year-old Bernadette GUNN of Stockholm, SK is charged with:

• Instructing Commission of an Offence for a Criminal Organization [CC 467.13(1)];
• Commission of an Offence for a Criminal Organization [CC 467.12];
• Conspiracy to Commit an Indictable Offence (trafficking fentanyl) [CC 465(1)(c)];
• Conspiracy to Commit an Indictable Offence (trafficking cocaine) [CC 465(1)(c)];
• Conspiracy to Commit an Indictable Offence (trafficking methamphetamine) [CC 465(1)(c)];
• Conspiracy to Commit an Indictable Offence (trafficking proceeds of crime) [CC 465(1)(c)];
• Possession of a Controlled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking (fentanyl) [CDSA 5(2)];
• Possession of a Controlled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking (cocaine) [CDSA 5(2)];
• Possession of a Controlled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking (methamphetamine) [CDSA 5(2)];and
• Possession of Proceeds of Crime Over $5000.00 [CC 355(a)].

Fifty year-old Sean Timothy HOGAN of Regina, SK is charged with:

• Commission of an Offence for a Criminal Organization [CC 467.12];
• Conspiracy to Commit an Indictable Offence (trafficking fentanyl) [CC 465(1)(c)];
• Conspiracy to Commit an Indictable Offence (trafficking cocaine) [CC 465(1)(c)];
• Conspiracy to Commit an Indictable Offence (trafficking methamphetamine) [CC 465(1)(c)];
• Conspiracy to Commit an Indictable Offence (trafficking proceeds of crime) [CC 465(1)(c)];
• Possession of a Controlled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking (cocaine) [CDSA 5(2)]; and
• Possession of Proceeds of Crime Under $5000.00 [CC 355(b)].

Fifty-four year-old Glenda Dale NEDDOW of Moosomin, SK is charged with:

• Commission of an Offence for a Criminal Organization [CC 467.12];
• Conspiracy to Commit an Indictable Offence (trafficking fentanyl) [CC 465(1)(c)];
• Conspiracy to Commit an Indictable Offence (trafficking cocaine) [CC 465(1)(c)];
• Conspiracy to Commit an Indictable Offence (trafficking methamphetamine) [CC 465(1)(c)]; and
• Conspiracy to Commit an Indictable Offence (trafficking proceeds of crime) [CC 465(1)(c)].

All four accused made their first appearance on these charges in Regina Provincial Court on February 9, 2026 at 9:00 a.m.
