A 52 year-old male is facing numerous charges after an incident that took place last night (October 29, 2025).

When officers advised the driver he was under arrest, the driver began to resist being taken into custody. During the arrest, the driver spit on two of the officers and bit one of them.
The officers were treated on scene by EMS. The suspect was taken to hospital for treatment of minor injuries sustained while being taken into custody.
