One male and one female are charged with Second-Degree Murder following an investigation into a homicide that occurred in October of 2025.
At approximately 4:30 a.m. on Monday, October 13, 2025, police responded to a call for service in the 100 block of College Avenue. Upon arrival, police located a deceased male. Officers secured the area and requested the additional resources of the Regina Police Service Major Crimes Unit, the Regina Police Service Forensic Identification Unit and the Saskatchewan Coroners Service. An investigation, in conjunction with the Saskatchewan Coroners Service, began.
The investigation determined the death to be a homicide and, as a result:
Twenty-two year-old Toni MOFFATT is charged with:
- Second Degree Murder [CC 235(1)].
