The Regina Police Service is requesting information from the public that could assist in a homicide investigation that began on Monday, October 13, 2025.
Police were dispatched to a call for service on the 100 block of College Avenue at approximately 04:30 a.m. on October 13, 2025. Upon arrival, officers located a deceased adult male in the vicinity. Officers secured the area and requested the additional resources of the Regina Police Service Major Crime Unit and the Regina Police Service Forensic Identification Unit.
Anyone in the area of the Al Ritchie neighborhood, from 15th Ave to 17th Ave, between Winnipeg Street and Harvey Street (please see the attached map), who has video surveillance from October 13 between the hours of 4:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. is asked to reach out to RPS investigators at 306-777-6500.
