Charges Laid in Ongoing Auto Theft Investigation

Shortly after 10:00 a.m. on August 9, 2025, the RPS Communications Centre received a report that six vehicles had been stolen from a business in the 500 block of 12^th Avenue East. The caller believed the theft had occurred during the overnight period. The approximate value of theft was upwards of $130,000.

Investigators with the Regina Police Service Property Crimes Unit were called and launched an investigation. Over the course of the past six days, officers recovered four of the six stolen vehicles and, at this time, have charged nine people in relation to this theft:

Thirty-two year-old Douglas NATOMAGAN of Pinehouse, SK is charged with:

• Break and Enter Commit Theft [CC 348(1)(b]; and
• Possession of Property Obtained by Crime [CC 355(a)].

Thirty-one year-old Logan NATOMAGAN of Pinehouse, SK is charged with:

• Possession of Property Obtained by Crime over $5000 [CC 355(a)] and
• Possession of Property Obtained by Crime under $5000 [CC 355(b)].

Thirty-two year-old Dalton HANSON of Pinehouse, SK is charged with:

• Break and Enter Commit Theft [CC 348(1)(b)] #991312302(1); and
• Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5000 [CC 355(a)].

Thirty-year-old Kent MISPONAS of Pinehouse, SK is charged with:

• Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5000 [CC 355(a)]

Thirty-five year-old Glenda MCCALLUM of Pinehouse, SK is charged with:

• Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5000 [CC 355(a)];
• Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5000 [CC 355(b)]; and
• Fraud Over $5000 [CC 380(1)(a)].

Twenty-eight year-old William SMITH of Pinehouse, SK is charged with:

• Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5000 [CC 355(a)].

Twenty year-old Chase REDIRON of Pinehouse, SK is charged with:

• Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5000 [CC 355(a)];
• 2 x Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5000 [CC 355(b)]; and
• Theft Under $5000 [CC 334(b)].

Twenty-five year old Shawn MISPONAS of Pinehouse, SK is charged with:

• Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5000 [CC 355(a)];
• Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5000 [CC 355(b)]; and
• Theft Under $5000 [CC 334(b)].

Twenty-five year old Mario NATOMAGAN of Pinehouse, SK is charged with:

• Break and Enter Commit Theft [CC 348(1)(b)]; and
• Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5000 [CC 355(a)];

Chase REDIRON and Shawn MISPONAS made their first appearances on these charges in Regina Provincial Court on August 11, 2025.

Douglas NATOMAGAN, Logan NATOMAGAN, Dalton HANSON, Kent MISPONAS, Glenda MCCALLUM, and William SMITH made their first appearances on these charges in Regina Provincial Court on August 12,^, 2025.

Mario NATOMAGAN will his first appearance on these charges on September 25^, 2025.
