A 19-year-old male is charged with Forcible Confinement and Manslaughter following an investigation into a homicide that occurred in July of 2025.
At approximately 8:00 p.m. on Monday, July 14, police responded to a call in the 3000 block of 4th Avenue. Upon arrival they located a deceased male. Officers secured the area and requested the additional resources of the Regina Police Service Major Crimes Unit, the Regina Police Service Forensic Identification Unit and the Saskatchewan Coroners Service.
As a result of this investigation, 19-year-old Bradley GARDINER is charged with:
- Manslaughter [236 b(1)]; and
- Forcible Confinement [CC 279(2)].
GARDINER made his first appearance on this charge in Regina Provincial Court this morning, Friday, July 25, 2025 at 9:30 a.m.
