A death investigation that began yesterday evening (Monday, July 14, 2025) is now a homicide investigation.
At approximately 8:00 p.m. last night, police were called to the 3000 Block of 4th Avenue. Upon arrival they located a deceased male. Officers secured the area and requested the additional resources of the Regina Police Service Major Crimes Unit, the Regina Police Service Forensic Identification Unit and the Saskatchewan Coroners Service.

The victim is identified as 53 year-old Brando Peji. At this time, the investigation is ongoing.
