A death investigation that began yesterday afternoon (Tuesday, July 8, 2025) is now a homicide investigation.
At approximately 1:15 p.m. yesterday afternoon, police were called to the 2200 block of Lindsay Street for the report of an injured male who was involved in a collision with a vehicle. Police and EMS arrived on scene and attempted life saving measures, but the 38-year-old victim was declared deceased on scene.
Officers secured the area and requested the additional resources of the Regina Police Service Major Crimes Unit, the Regina Police Service Forensic Identification Unit and the Saskatchewan Coroners Service.
As a result of the investigation, 36-year-old Alexandra CROWE is charged with:
- Second-Degree Murder [CC 235(1)]; and
- Fail to Comply with Probation Order [CC 733.1(1)].
CROWE made her first appearance on these charges in Regina Provincial Court this morning, July 9, 2025, at 9:30 a.m.
