On Sunday, September 15, 2024, at approximately 6:15 p.m., police were dispatched to the 1400 block of Arthur Street for the report of a robbery in progress. Information received was that the victim was threatened by a male with a firearm, who then fled the scene.
Through investigation, police were able to identify the suspect, who was arrested without incident on Wednesday, September 25, 2024.
As a result, 39 year-old Justin WHITEHEAD was arrested and charged for the following:
- Robbery [CC 344(1)(B)]
The accused will make their first appearance on these charges in Provincial Court today, September 26, 2024, at 2:00 p.m.
