On Sunday, August 18, 2024, at approximately 9:35 p.m., police were dispatched to a residence on the 1300 block of Retallack Street for a firearms offence. Initial information indicated that there were firearms inside the residence.
Police arrived and cleared the residence. A search revealed two firearms, several gun parts, ammunitions and knives. As a result, a 37 year-old male was arrested without incident.
Thirty-seven year-old Bradley LEDOUX, of Regina, is charged with:
- Careless Storage of a Firearm [CC 86(2)] X2;
- Unauthorized Possession of a Firearm [CC 92(1)] X2; and
- Possession of a Prohibited or Restricted Firearm with Ammunition [CC 95(1)(A)]; and
- Possession of Firearm or Ammunition Contrary to Prohibition Order [CC 117.01(1)] X4; and
LEDOUX made his first appearance on these charges in Provincial Court this morning, Monday, August 19, 2024 at 9:30 a.m.
