At 5:58 PM, July 13, 2024, police were dispatched to a robbery in progress complaint occurring at a business in the 200 block of Victoria Avenue. A suspect female entered the business, produced a knife, threatened staff members of the business with the knife, and left with items from the business.
Shortly afterwards police located female suspect who was arrested.
Thirty three year old Tori YAHNKE of Regina is charged with:
Robbery (Sec 344(1)(B) CC)
Fail To Comply With Condition Of A Release Order (Sec 145(5)(A) CC)
Fail To Comply With Probation Order (Sec 733.1(1) CC)
YAHNKE will make her first appearance on this charge in Provincial Court on Monday, July 15, 2024, at 9:30 AM.
