On Saturday, June 8, 2024, police were dispatched to the 1600 block of 4th Avenue for the report of a break and enter. Information received stated that an alarm had gone off as a male was inside an office.
Police arrived on scene and observed the suspect male in possession of stolen electronics. The male was arrested and charged.
Thirty-one year-old Nigel DESCHAMBAULT, of Regina, is charged with:
- Break and Enter & Commit [CC 348(1)(B)]; and
- Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5,000 [CC 355(A)].
The accused is scheduled to make his first appearance on these charges in Provincial Court on Thursday, July 25, 2024.
