On Saturday, November 25, 2023 at approximately 8:35 a.m., police responded to the 3100 block of Avonhurst Drive for a report of a female screaming. Police attended and learned the thirty-seven year-old female had been walking down the sidewalk when she was approached by an unknown male. The unknown male grabbed the female’s backpack that she was wearing and pulled her to the ground, dragging her. The female victim screamed for help and the suspect walked away. Police located and arrested a male matching the suspect description.
Thirty-one year-old Jarred Kyle MOSQUITO of Regina is charged with:
