On the night of Friday, December 1, 2023, at approximately 11:55 p.m., police were dispatched to a residence on the 100 block of Dorothy Street. Information received was that an adult female was assaulted and had her belongings stolen, including her keys and vehicle she drove to the residence.
Police arrived at the address and notified residents that they needed to verify the health and well-being of the adult female. She was located by police in the residence and found to have sustained injuries consistent with assault.
Police arrested three occupants at the address, who were subsequently charged. The victim was transported to hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries. The vehicle was later recovered.
Thirty-one year-old Andy Chaz Lee FLUTER, twenty year-old Danaysha Dale ISAAC-ROSE and twenty year-old Mason Gage George BEAR, are jointly charged with Robbery [CC 344(1)(B)].
