A 46 year-old male is facing charges following multiple reports that he exposed himself to young females in the Coronation Park area of the city. At this time, three separate victims have come forward and all describe similar circumstances. Each of the victims told police that they were walking home from school when the suspect slowly drove by in his vehicle and exposed himself.
Two of the reported incidents took place in late October 2022. The female victims were 11 and 13 at the time and were walking in the area near McMurchy Avenue and Patton Street.
The third reported incident happened at the end of January 2023. The female victim was 12 at the time of the offence and was walking in the area of Merlin Crescent.
As a result of ongoing police investigation, 46 year-old Richard Garry DAVIS has been charged with:
- 3 x Indecent Exposure to a Person Under 16 Years of Age [CC 173(2)].
DAVIS will make his first court appearance on these charges in Regina Provincial Court on September 19, 2023 at 9:30 a.m.
