Police have been dispatched to a report of a serious motor vehicle collision on 13th Avenue and Garnet Street. As this incident is still under investigation, East and West bound lanes of 13th Avenue between Cameron Street and Athol Street have been shut down to traffic as well as Garnet Street south from Victoria Avenue. Please stay clear of the area.
