On Tuesday, March 7, 2023, at approximately 3:32 a.m., members of the Regina Police Service were dispatched to a report of a suspicious vehicle in the 3900 block of Green Falls Drive. The license plate was provided to police and the involved vehicle was determined to be stolen. Police located the stolen vehicle and took the 19 year-old, male driver into custody.
Nineteen year-old Carter STALLWOOD, of Regina is charged with:
- Flight From Peace Officer (320.17 CC)
- Possession of property obtained by crime over $5000 (355 (A) CC)
- Possession of property obtained by crime under $5000 (355 (B) CC)
- Fail To Comply With Condition Of An Undertaking (145(4)(A) CC)
STALLWOOD made his first appearance on these charges in Regina Provincial Court on March 7, 2023 at 2:00 p.m.
