Two adults and a youth are facing charges related to a residential Break and Enter which occurred on Saturday February 4, 2023, in Regina.
On Saturday February 4, 2023, at approximately 1:30 am police were dispatched to a report of a break and enter in progress in the 1500 block of Montague Street. It was reported to police the suspects forced their way into the residence. One of the suspects stole a purse from inside the residence. The suspects had left the residence and got into a cab.
Police located the cab and conducted a traffic stop where all three suspects were arrested without incident. The victim’s purse was recovered in a nearby yard of the dispatched address.
Twenty-three-year old Nicholas SPURR, of Regina, is charged with:
- Break Enter and Commit [348(1)(b) CC];
Nineteen-year old Kianna HAPA, of Regina, is charged with:
- Break Enter and Commit [348(1)(b) CC];
A seventeen-year-old female, who cannot be named in accordance with the Youth Criminal Justice Act, has been charged with:
- Break Enter and Commit [348(1)(b) CC];
The accused will appear in Provincial Court on Wednesday March 8, 2023.
