A 45 year-old male is facing charges following investigation into an alleged Break & Enter on the weekend.
On Saturday, December 17th, at approximately 12:12 p.m., police were dispatched to a residence in the 5600 block of 11th Avenue for a weapons offence. The caller indicated that a male had entered the residence and was carrying two hammers as well as a long-handled ice scraper. When the male was confronted, he left the residence but continued to wander on privately-held property. A short time later, police arrived and located the male nearby; he was arrested without incident and subsequently charged.
Forty-five year-old Collin Dwayne LOWE of Regina, is charged with:
- Break and enter with intent to commit an indictable offence, s. 348(1)(a) CC.
LOWE made his first court appearance on this charge in Provincial Court at 9:30 a.m. on Monday, December 19, 2022 (today).
