A 22 year-old Regina male is facing charges in connection with RPS investigation into a stolen vehicle.
On March 22, 2022, the Regina Police Service received a report of a stolen vehicle: a blue Honda CRV. The vehicle was parked on the street in the 2400 block of Broder Street the night of March 21st and, in the morning, the owner discovered it had been stolen. Police investigation led to locating a vehicle matching the description of the stolen CRV in Moose Jaw. Regina Police Stolen Auto Unit members, with the knowledge of Moose Jaw Police, went to Moose Jaw to investigate further. This led to the arrest of a 22 year-old male. In a search incident to the arrest, police found a key ring with vehicle master keys, bear spray, an air soft gun, ammunition (various caliber), and break and enter tools (bolt cutters, pry bar, etc.). The male was subsequently charged.
Twenty-two year-old Isaac BROWN is charged with:
- Possession of Stolen Property Under $5000 (CRV), s. 355(b) CC;
- Possession of a Master Key, s. 353(1)(b) CC;
- Possession of Break and Enter Instruments s. 351(1) CC;
- Carry Concealed Weapon (Bear Spray) s. 90(1) CC; and
- Possession of a Weapon Dangerous to Public Peace (BB Gun), s. 88 CC.
