On June 5, 2021, at approximately 2:06 am., members of the Regina Police Service were dispatched to the area of the 2100 block of 11th Avenue for a report of a male holding, what appeared to be, a handgun. Upon police arrival, police arrested (4) four persons in relation to the weapons offence. Police located a realistic looking CO2 handgun, knives, stolen property and narcotics in the possession of (3) three of the (4) persons.
Twenty-six year-old Christina HUNTINGHAWK, of Regina, is charged with:
- Possession of a Weapon, s. 88 CC; and
- Fail to Comply with Conditions of a Release Order, s. 145(5)(a) CC.
Thirty-one year-old Jacob KING, of Regina, is charged with:
- Possession of a Weapon, s. 88 CC; and
- Fail to Comply with Conditions of an Undertaking, s. 145(4)(a) CC; and
- 2 X Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5000, s. 355(b) CC.
Thirty-Three year-old Catlin PELLETIER, of Regina, is charged with:
- Possession of a Weapon, s. 88 CC; and
- 2 X Possession of a Scheduled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking, s. 5(2) CDSA.
All three charged persons were released and will make their first court appearance on these charges before Provincial Court at 9:30 am. on July 22, 2021.
