Police have been dispatched to a report of a motor vehicle collision involving a pedestrian on 9th Avenue East and Rothwell Street. As this incident is still under investigation, 9th Avenue east from Lacon Street to Rothwell Street has been shut down to traffic in both directions. Emergency Medical Services (EMS) attended and transported the pedestrian to the Regina General Hospital with what are considered serious injuries.
