On April 17th, 2021, a trailer was stolen from a business in the 1300 block of Albert Street.
The trailer was recovered by police on Tuesday, April 20, 2021 and police determined the trailer had been sold after it was stolen. Investigation led police to identifying two male suspects responsible for the theft and sale of the trailer. On Thursday, April 22, 2021, police arrested the two males. As a result:
Thirty-six year-old Brett Joseph HOCHBAN, of Regina, has been charged with:
- Possession of Property Obtained By Crime Over $5000 [CC 355 (A)];
- Trafficking In Property Obtained By Crime Over $5000 [CC 355.2)];
- Theft Over $5000 [CC 334 (A)].
Fifty year-old William NENSON, of Regina, has been charged with:
- Possession of Property Obtained By Crime Over $5000 [CC 355 (A);
- Trafficking In Property Obtained By Crime Over $5000 [CC 355.2)].
HOCHBAN and NENSON both made their first court appearances on the charges this morning (Thursday, April 22, 2021) at 9:00 a.m.
