On April 16th, 2021, at approximately 5:33 p.m. police were dispatched to a motor vehicle collision
between a vehicle and a pedestrian in the 5900 block of Dalgliesh Dr. in Regina.
Investigation determined the vehicle was Westbound on Dalgliesh Dr when an 8 year old boy apparently
chased a ball into the street. The vehicle was unable to stop in time and struck the boy.
Regina EMS attended to the scene and transported the boy to the Regina General Hospital with serious
but non-life threatening injuries.
No charges have been laid at this time. The investigation is on-going.
