A Regina male is facing multiple charges after investigation into reports of sexual assault and sexual interference by a Regina physician during his practice. These incidents occurred to three female victims, two of which were minors, and began as early as 2007.
Investigation into these matters led to the arrest of a 65 year-old male on Friday, March 12, 2021.
Sixty-five year-old Dr. El-Fallani A MOHAMMED, of Regina, is charged with:
- Sexual Assault on a Person Under 16 Years of Age [CC 271] X 2;
- Sexual Assault [271 CC 271];
- Sexual Interference [CC 151] x 2;
Dr. MOHAMMED was released on an undertaking and makes his first appearance on these charges in Provincial Court Wednesday, August 4, 2021, at 9:30 a.m.
