The Regina Police Service is asking for information from the public that may assist in a robbery investigation. On March 5, 2021 at approximately 16:59 hours, police were dispatched to a residence on the 700 block of Athol Street in regards to a robbery. It is alleged the victim in this case entered the residence to meet with a friend, when he was attacked by two individuals. The suspects assaulted the victim, then took his phone and cigarettes.
Police attended the residence and located one of the suspects believed to be involved in the incident.
30 year-old Shyrone Lloyd Allan ALLARY of Regina is charged with the following:
Robbery, Sec 344(1)(b) CC
Fail to Comply with a Probation Order, Sec. 733.1(1) CC x2
Suspect #2 was described as an Aboriginal male wearing a black sweater, red bandanna, sunglasses and blue jeans. There were several other unidentified males at the residence during the robbery that may have witnessed the incident.
