A 27 year-old male has been charged after two incidents yesterday where the windows of two parked vehicles were broken.
On Thursday, March 4, 2021, at about 1:50 p.m., police were dispatched to the 2400 block of Legislative Drive for a mischief in progress. Information provided to police indicated a male had just thrown what was believed to be a brick through the front and back windows of a parked vehicle. This led to the arrest of the individual they had in custody and a charge of Mischief under $5,000. A short time later, RPS Communications received a report of a second mischief, also involving damage to a vehicle window. Investigation into this second event led to a second charge against the male.
