On Saturday, August 29, 2020 at approximately 11:45 a.m., police were dispatched to a complaint of a weapons offence in the 1100 block of Empress Street. Early information suggested a group of three suspects forced their way into a residence and were allegedly carrying bladed weapons. An altercation ensued between the three suspects and individuals inside the residence. The fight then carried out onto the street outside the residence. During the course of the altercation, one male was stabbed; he was taken to hospital by EMS. The suspects fled on foot before emergency crews arrived.
Investigation led police to identifying the suspects involved, and on Sunday, August 30, 2020, police arrested and charged a 48 year-old female.
Forty-eight year-old Lori Ann MUNROE, of Regina, has been charged with:
- Break Enter & Commit [CC 348 (1)(B)];
- Fail To Comply With Condition Of An Undertaking [CC 145 (4)(A).

MUNROE will make her first court appearance on the charges on Wednesday, October 7, 2020 at 9:30 a.m.
