Three Pillars of Policing
Strategic Services organizes statistical data, informs strategic direction, long term planning, and organizational efficiency, while providing support to three crucial pillars of policing.
Police Operations
Determining trends and patterns in criminal activity, as well as mapping hot spots in the city, and tracking repeat offenders/victims. Analysts also track and gather information on police deployment and proactive police initiatives.
Police Investigations
Creating risk and threat assessments, mapping out timelines, creating organizational charts, and completing telephone analysis.
Corporate Communications
Creating strategic plans, business plans, workload analysis, and making recommendations on best practices.
