Shortly before 1:30 p.m. today (June 15, 2026), the Regina Police Service received a call regarding multiple threats directed towards the Regina International Airport.
Officers quickly arrived on scene and began their investigation into the threats. At this point, it appears the threats are unfounded and activities at the airport are returning to normal.
The investigation is ongoing as officers work to hold the person(s) responsible for making the threats accountable. The Regina Police Service works closely with the Regina Airport Authority to ensure training and emergency response plans are in place for a variety of scenarios in order to keep the public safe.
