The Saskatchewan Internet Child Exploitation (ICE) Unit has charged a Regina man with child exploitation-related offences.
On May 14, 2026, the Saskatchewan ICE Unit executed a Search Warrant at a residence in Regina. Electronic devices were examined at the scene and also seized by investigators.
As a result of the investigation, on June 10, 2026, 36-year-old Donavon BLACKSIOUX of Regina was arrested and charged with the following:
- Possessing Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation Material [CC 163.1(4)]; and
- Making Available Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation Material [CC 163.1(3).
BLACKSIOUX made his first appearance on these charges in Regina Provincial Court today, June 11, 2026.
*The Saskatchewan ICE Unit is comprised of investigators from the Saskatchewan RCMP, Regina Police Service and Saskatoon Police Service. Their mandate is to investigate crimes involving Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation Material.
