Thirty-two year-old River PETERS is described as male, 5’7”, approximately 172 lbs. with short black hair. Notable marking include a full neck tattoo, the word “SWK” and a star tattooed on his right forearm, as well as the word “CRY LATER” and a skull also tattooed on his right forearm.
