A second person is charged in relation to a homicide investigation that began on April 13, 2026.
At approximately 1:15 a.m., on April 13, 2026, police were dispatched to a report of an injured male in the 3100 block of 5th Avenue. Upon arrival, officers located the victim and began to attempt life-saving measures. EMS arrived a short time later and declared the victim, 36 year-old Myles Anderson of Regina, deceased on scene. The area was secured and the Regina Police Service Major Crimes Unit, the Regina Police Service Forensic Identification Unit and the Saskatchewan Coroners Service were called in.
Today, April 27, 2026, 26 year-old Jordan GOODPIPE was arrested and charged with:
• Second Degree Murder [CC 235 (1)].
GOODPIPE will make his first appearance on this charge in Regina Provincial Court tomorrow morning, April 28, 2026 at 9:30 a.m.
On Friday, April 24, 2026, a search warrant was executed on a residence in the 1600 block of Toronto Street. Police located 29 year-old Blayne OKEMAYSIM inside the residence and took him into custody.
OKEMAYSIM was charged with:
• Second Degree Murder [CC 235 (1)].
OKEMAYSIM made his first appearance on this charge in Regina Provincial Court this morning, Monday, April 27, 2026.
This is the city’s second homicide of 2026.
