On Monday, February 16, 2026, at approximately 5:30 p.m., police responded to a report of a robbery in the 2300 block of 12th Avenue.
Upon arrival, officers located a 15 year-old male victim. He told police that he and an adult female were approached by a group of individuals who threated to shoot the male youth if he did not hand over his jacket. The suspects then discharged bear spray at the youth before fleeing the scene with his jacket.
At approximately 5:45 p.m., officers located and arrested three individuals matching the suspect descriptions. A fourth suspect was located a short time later. As a result of this investigation,
Twenty year-old Liam FAVEL, is charged with:
- Robbery [CC 344(1)(B)].
Eighteen year-old Joseph HASTINGS, is charged with:
- Robbery [CC 344(1)(B)].
Twenty-two year-old Conredge THREEFINGERS, is charged with:
- Robbery [CC 344(1)(B)].
FAVEL, HASTINGS and THREEFINGERS made their first appearances on these charges in Regina Provincial Court this morning on February 17, 2026 at 9:30 a.m.
A 16 year-old male youth, who cannot be named in accordance with the provisions of the Youth Criminal Justice Act is also charged with:
- Robbery [CC 344(1)(B)].
