A fourth person is facing charges in relation to an investigation into a firearms offence that resulted in an 11 year-old girl being seriously injured.
Officers were called to a residence in the 1000 block of Edgar Street shortly after 2:00 a.m. on August 11, 2025. When they arrived, they found an 11-year-old female inside the residence suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was taken to hospital by EMS with serious injuries.
Over the past six weeks, investigators have worked diligently to locate and hold the offenders accountable. On Friday, September 19, 2025, a fourth suspect, an 18 year-old male, was arrested and charged in relation to this incident.
Eighteen year-old Noah POLLOCK-MAYER is charged with:
- Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5,000[CC 355(a)].
- Conspiracy to Commit Murder [CC 465(1)(A)]; and
- Fail to Comply with Conditions of Release [CC145(5)(A)].
POLLOCK-MAYER made his first appearance on these charges in Regina Provincial Court this morning, September 22, 2025 at 9:30 a.m.
Forty-one year-old Michael MAYER, 20 year-old Anthony NAHBEXIE and 18 year-old Devon NAHBEXIE were all arrested and charged in relation to this investigation last week..
