An 18 year-old male and a 13 year-old male are facing charges following a robbery last evening (September 10, 2025).
At approximately 6:20 p.m. last night, police were dispatched to a report of a robbery in the 100 block of Brotherton Avenue. The 11 year-old male victim told police that he and a second male were approached by the two suspects who began pushing one of the males. They then threatened the victim, saying they had a gun. The two suspects then took a sweater and a backpack, which contained a wallet, from the victim.
At approximately 9:40 p.m., police located the suspects in the 1800 block of Prince of Wales Drive. As a result of this investigation:
A 13 year-old male youth, who cannot be named in accordance with the provisions of the Youth Criminal Justice Act is charged with:
- Robbery [CC 344(1)(B)].
