A 48 year-old male and a 46 year-old female have been arrested and charged in relation to a series of commercial break and enters that occurred between April 15, 2025 and April 22, 2025.
On April 15, 2025, police responded to a report of a break and enter to a business in the 600 block of Victoria Avenue. Two suspects entered the building through a broken window and stole a quantity of cash from inside.
On April 16, 2025, a business in the 2100 block of 11th Avenue reported an attempted break and enter. The suspect was attempted to pry open a door with no success.
On April 18, 2025, police responded to a report of a break and enter to a business in the 500 block of Victoria Avenue that had occurred the day prior. The suspects forced entry to the business and stole cash and merchandise worth approximately $4,500.
On April 19, 2025, police responded to a report of a break and enter to a business in the 2100 block of 11th Avenue. The suspects entered the business by smashing out an exterior window and stole approximately $1,000 worth of merchandise.
On April 20, 2025, police responded to a report of a break and enter to a business in the 300 block of Victoria Avenue. The suspects entered the business by smashing out glass on an exterior door. They then caused extensive damage to the interior of the business and stole multiple items.
On April 20, 2025, police responded to another report of a break and enter inside a business in the 2100 11th Avenue. The suspects gained entry by prying open an exterior door, causing damage to the door.
On April 21, 2025, police responded to a report of a break and enter to a building in the 1000 block of Victoria Avenue. The suspects entered the building and pried open several interior doors. Several cellular phones were stolen from this location.
On April 21, 2025, 46 year-old Tina SPOON of Regina was arrested and charged with the following:
- 6 x Break and Enter and Commit an Indictable Offence [CC 348(1)(b)];and
- Possession of Stolen Property [CC 355(b)].
SPOON made her first court appearance on these charges in Regina Provincial Court on April 22, 2025.
On April 23, 2025, 48 year-old Terrance George DESNOMIE of Regina was arrested and charged with the following:
- 6 x Break and Enter and Commit an Indictable Offence [CC 348(1)(b)]; and
- Attempt Break and Enter [CC 348(1)(a)].
DESNOMIE made his first court appearance on these charges in Regina Provincial Court on April 24, 2025.
