Forty-two year-old Louis Ted MERCREDI, who was the subject of a Public Disclosure issued by the Regina Police Service on March 18, 2025, has been arrested for a breach of conditions. This arrest is not the result of MERCREDI committing an offence against a person.
MERCREDI is now in custody.
