On Sunday, April 6, 2025 at approximately 9:20 a.m., officers were dispatched to a firearms call in the 3700 block of Wascana Parkway. Information received indicated a male had threatened the victims with a CO2 gun before firing multiple shots at them.
Security on site detained the suspect and recovered the firearm prior to police arrival. Police arrived on scene and arrested the suspect without incident. No serious injuries were reported.
As a result of this investigation, 25 year-old Bowen PAN, is charged with:
- 2X Pointing a Firearm [CC 87(1)];
- 2X Assault with a Weapon [CC 267(A)];
- 2X Discharge of a Firearm in a Reckless Manner [CC 244.2(1)(B)];
- Possession of a Weapon [CC 88];
- Carrying a Concealed Weapon [CC 90];
- Assault [CC 266].
PAN made his first appearance on these charges in Regina Provincial Court this morning, April 7, 2025 at 9:30 a.m.
