On the morning of Friday, May 24, 2024, police were dispatched to a hotel on the 800 block of Victoria Avenue for the report of an armed robbery. Information received was that a male was assaulted with weapons and had his belongings taken.
Police arrived and took suspects into custody. During the investigation, one of the suspects provided a false name to police, and was charged with obstruction. After properly identifying the suspect, she was found to be in breach of conditions. A search warrant was executed on a hotel room and the stolen belongings were located. The suspects were charged with robbery.
Forty-five year-old Steven Blaine PASCAL, 37 Kenneth Robert Raymond PASCAL, 34 year-old Raelene Delorme STARR, and 33 year-old Kailee Dawn EGER, all of Regina, are jointly charged with:
- 2 X Robbery [CC 344(1)(B)].
STARR is also charged with:
- Obstruction [CC 129(A)]; and
- Fail to Comply [CC 145(4)(A)].
The accused appeared on these charges in Provincial Court today, Monday, May 27, 2024, at 9:30 a.m.
