Two female youths are facing charges following incidents at two elementary schools in North Regina yesterday.
At approximately 2:00 p.m. on December 14, 2023, School Resource Officers were called to a school in the 1900 block of 2nd Avenue North for a report of a bear spray incident involving a 12 year-old female victim.
