Adult Male Charged with Weapons Offences
On Friday, August 4, 2023, at 10:35 p.m., police were dispatched to the 1600 block of Badham Boulevard, for a report of a suspicious person in the area. Upon arrival, police spoke to a male and located a shotgun in the male’s back pack. The male was arrested without incident.
Thirty six year-old Bruce Lynn Beadle, of Regina, is charged with:
- Carrying a concealed weapon, s. 90 CC;
- Possession of a firearm knowing its possession is unauthorized, s. 92(1) CC;
- Possession of a firearm or ammunition contrary to prohibition order, s. 117.01(1) CC;
Beadle will make his first court appearance on these charges in Provincial Court on Tuesday, August 8, 2023, at 9:30 a.m.
